About

Home health and attendant support, based in Katy since 2012.

Lifecare Options is a locally owned provider serving the Houston metro area. We offer Medicare-certified skilled home health for physician-coordinated clinical needs and provider attendant services for everyday support at home.

Our Story

A local company built around care at home.

Lifecare Options began in Katy in 2012. We serve families across Harris, Fort Bend, and Montgomery counties who are navigating a hospital discharge, a change in health, or the growing need for help with everyday routines.

Our skilled home health team includes registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, physical, occupational, and speech therapists, medical social workers, and home health aides. Provider attendants offer practical support with the routines that make it possible to remain at home. Each service has a different purpose, and the right place to begin depends on the situation.

We are independently owned and based in Katy. When someone calls, our goal is simple: explain the options plainly, identify the right next conversation, and keep the process understandable for the person receiving care and the people helping them.

Our Mission

To help Houston-area families understand and access the right kind of care at home: skilled clinical support when a physician-coordinated plan is needed, and practical attendant support for everyday living.
Why it matters

The right support at home begins with a clear understanding of what the person needs today.

Our Commitments

The standards we bring to care at home.

Clinical quality

Our skilled home health program is Medicare-certified and CHAP-accredited. Clinical services are delivered within the plan of care and coordinated with the physician as required.

Dignity and independence

People have their own routines, preferences, and ways of doing things. We start by understanding those details before discussing what support may fit.

Coordinated care

Skilled care involves coordination with the physician or referring care team. Families and referral partners should know whom to call and what to expect next.

Clear, practical communication

We use plain language when discussing services, referrals, and next steps. A family should not have to decode the process just to ask for help.
